Return and Replacement Policy
Request Notification: Once we receive your request for both return and replacement, we will notify you within 2 to 3 business days via email or phone call.
Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive the wrong size or quantity or the wrong product, we will replace it free of cost. The replacement should be notified to us within 48 working hours after you receive the product. The replacement of the product will be processed within 48 working hours after we receive the returned product.
Out-of-Stock Product
If the product you ordered is out of stock and we cannot ship it to you, we will provide a full refund, including the shipping charges, provided you have already made the payment.
Order/Product Cancellation
If you cancel an order/product that has been delivered due to a product fault, wrong delivery, partial product, or similar issues, we will process the refund for you within 2-7 business days.
Unavoidable Circumstances
If, for any reason, circumstances arise that are unavoidable or beyond our control and we are unable to ship the order, we will cancel the order and provide a refund within 2-7 business days.

Reverse Pick-Up or Courier Return
We will arrange for a reverse pick-up of the product by our courier partner, depending on your location and the availability of our logistics partner. In certain areas where our logistic partners do not offer pick-up services, you will need to courier the product back to us. If you provide us with the courier receipt in such cases, we may offer you a refund for the courier charges.
Replacement or Refund
After we receive the product in good condition, we will start the replacement or refund process within 2-7 days. The amount will be refunded to the original account or card used for the purchase.

Replacement Process
The replacement process for eligible products is similar to the return process mentioned above. Please follow the steps mentioned in the "Return Process" section. Once we receive the returned product and confirm its eligibility for replacement, we will initiate the replacement process within 2-7 days. The replacement product will be dispatched within 48 working hours after we receive the returned product.
Note:
Every product in Medbay is a non-returnable product. We only offer replacement and refund options according to our policy.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, you can visit our website at https://medbay.in/account-order or call our customer support team at 1800 309 9955. Our customer support is available from Monday to Saturday, (10 AM to 6 PM, and on Sundays from 10 AM to 2 PM).
The Medbay customer care team will review the customer's claim within 72 business hours from the moment they receive the complaint.
After confirming the authenticity and validity of the claim, Medbay will start the process of collecting the product(s) to be returned.
The customer must pack the product(s) in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer.
The refund will be processed and completed within 30 days from the date of reverse pick-up, if it is necessary.
Refund Process:
In all the above cases, if the claim is valid, the refund will be made as follows:
For orders placed through an online wallet, the refund will be credited to the wallet.
For orders placed through cash on delivery, the refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account.
Refund Process:
If the products/items have a manufacturer's warranty, we will assist you in claiming the warranty within the warranty period. The warranty details will be mentioned on the product page or product description page on our website.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping across India through our partnered courier service providers, including Delivery courier. The delivery time may vary from 2-5 working days depending on your location and the availability of the logistics network. For refunds, exchanges, and returns, please refer to our returns and exchange policy.
Tracking:
You will receive tracking information via email after the shipment. You can also track your order at https://www.delhivery.com/.
Cancellation:
To cancel an order, please write to our customer support team at medbay.in@gmail.com with the order number. Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.
